  • Yes! Simply send me a message with the style of bag you are interested in and also the color(s) of cork you think you would like. Keep in mind that the bag may take longer to ship due to the necessary email correspondence and the fact that I will be making the bag to order.

  • It depends… Your bag will be made and shipped fastest if you allow me to pick the liner fabric for your bag.Typically I line my bags with cotton fabrics that complement the cork on the outside. However, If you have a specific request feel free to message me with your preferences (ie: color palette, floral, stripes, etc) and I will check my stash of fabrics to see if I have something in stock that meets your request. My bigger bags are lined with a heavyweight twill cotton. There are fewer options for liner fabrics in that heavier weight cotton. The smaller bags are lined using quilting weight cotton.

  • No. Due to my busy production schedule I am not able to take requests for specific styles or shapes of bags at this time. However, I am always interested in new bag ideas and welcome suggestions for bag shapes that customers would like to see. Typical I make 2 or 3 new bag styles each year. If I make a bag suggested by one of my customers it just might be named after you. Sign up for my monthly newsletter to hear when I make a new style.

  • Each one of my bags is named after someone in my life. Typically it is because the bag reminds me of that person. For example the Dorothy Kiss Lock Clutch is named after my great aunt who always had those old fashioned kiss lock coin pouches in her bag and they often had candy inside. The Holly Doggie Treat Bag is named after our beloved first family dog who was always up for a nibble of her favorite freeze dried liver treat.

  • Cork is fully washable and will not stain or leave water marks. You can spot clean your bag using a mild detergent such as dawn and a warm washcloth. You can also hand wash your bag and line dry. Although some customers have reportedly washed their bags in a machine, hand washing is preferred to protect the hardware.

  • We stand by the workmanship in all our bags. If something is defective or it is determined that the quality of the product is not satisfactory within 30 days of receiving it, we will gladly repair it or replace it. Customer satisfaction is very important to us so if you have an issue with your order, please contact us immediately so we can do our best to resolve the issue.

    Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

    Because of the nature of custom requests, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for custom or personalized orders. ie: bags that the customer has specifically requested made in a particular color combination or with a certain liner fabric.

  • Already made bags are shipped out within 1-3 business days of order. Made to order or custom bags typically take 2-4 weeks to ship AFTER the buyer has finalized a decision on colors or fabric choices.
